Editorial standards
Review & affiliate policy
Affiliate disclosure
Some purchase links earn Goose Solutions a commission without changing the reader's price. As an Amazon Associate, I earn from qualifying purchases.
How products are evaluated
Every product is labeled as personally tested, purchased by us, supplied by a brand, sponsored, or based on editorial research. Reviews describe their methodology and disclose material relationships. Supplied or sponsored products do not receive guaranteed coverage or favorable ratings.
Editorial independence
Ratings, verdicts, comparisons, and placement are independent of commission rates. Offers can be disabled when unavailable without rewriting the underlying review. We do not collect retailer order information.
Images, prices, and availability
We use editorial images that we own or are licensed to publish. We do not manually copy or store Amazon prices, availability, customer ratings, or product imagery. Availability can change after publication.
Safety-related products
Affiliate recommendations are kept out of emergency guidance. Wildland-fire operational and safety equipment will not be recommended until we can document appropriate evidence, methodology, limitations, and expert review. No product can guarantee safety.
